I cut through the lead of an existing small water feature, so as I have no idea how to mend it I decided to buy a new pump. Didn’t have great expectations that it would work, story of my life, but with a bit of jiggery pokery have now got my water feature working again. The main difficulty I experienced, well the only one really, was that the tube carrying the water was smaller than the fitting on the pump, a bit of Heath Robinson work and it works great. Long may it work! It does what it says on the box, the minute the sun shines on it, off it goes. Lots of sun yesterday and it worked for seven plus hours, I have a south facing garden.

Purchased to go in a wildlife pond. Item arrived well packed and safe. On opening I was worried as pump is tiny about size of 2 match boxes on top of each other. It's easy to put together you get roughly 6ft wire from pump to solar panel. The panel is small as well. I put in pond and sun was hidden so it just did a little spurt every now and then but once sun was on it and pump got going it does the job. I would buy again

After reading the previous reviews I opted for this small fountain but there's nothing small about this. OMG this is SOOOOO good and for the value. You need the sun all the time for it to work but when it does you can see the strength of the sun but the power of the fountain, the sound of running water stops with cloud cover but my goodness when at full pelt it is VERY good. The fountain of water flies high and sparkles in the sun, the sound is glorious on a day where you have complete peace, it adds interest in the garden. There are options to which spray of water you wish to have but whatever you chose is going to be worth your money.This is so simple to put together and we are thrilled. Definitely recommend.

Bought this to convert a ‘driftwood log’ water feature to solar power. The pump is physically quite small but it worked for what we wanted. It raises the water about 30cm not sure if it would do much more.The actual solar panel will only provide power in direct sunshine. It won’t work in shade or on a cloudy day.If you have a big water feature or pond you might need something more powerful.

I have a small wildlife pond and wanted to keep the water moving. I set this up in the pond, it is really easy to set up. When the sun shines it provides quite a good burst of water. If you are expecting Versailles, you will be disappointed. If you have a small area of water that needs aerating then this will work for you. Also my cats love it!

Bought this as it was advertised as being able to move water up to 95cm height. It can’t. It pumps well to a height of 15cm, and any higher, the pump just stops working, so it’s useless for my project.

Works well but only under full sun. Looks and feels like a good quality product, including the solar panel. Still working well after a month of lots of sun. Only downside is that there is no bracket for the solar panel so a had to make one.

We use this to make a little water feature in the garden. It's exactly what I expected. Be sure the pan has full sun all the time as a small shadow will affect. I had a problem with the one I bought as it stopped working suddenly but was replaced very quickly. Good customer service.
