These tension rods are very convenient and easy to use. I was able to install them without any tools or drilling, and they held my curtains securely in place. These are very sturdy and easy to use. They were a little too big to fit through the top of the net curtain, but I just unpicked the stitches and widened the top bit.

I have had these poles for over 7 months now. We couldn't fit a wardrobe in our sons bedroom and there was just this small space. I decided to buy these to hang up my 13 and 6 year Olds clothes. Initially with just a handful of t shirts and tracksuit bottoms, the poles stayed up. But when we started adding heavier winter items like coats and thick hoodies etc, one of the sides would slip. We decided to screw into the plastic to ensure they stayed up. As you can see from the photo and video, we have a lot hanging up and whilst it isn't straight on the middle, either haven't come off the wall. I would recommend these for small places like this. I think with how much weight these had taken before falling down (before the screws) it would be useful as a shower curtain, net curtains for example. They are light and I felt they would be flimsy, but they are doing the job. I feel they are great value for money.

Purchased to hold up clothes but definitely not suitable for heavy stuff. So waste of money 😖 easy to use but probably best to just keep for hanging up light things

These curtain rods look great - a really nice shade of white. They are easy to wind in and out in order to achieve the correct length for the window opening. They obviously need to be set at a length slightly longer/wider than the opening because they need to be compressed as they are put into place, so they will push their ends outward against the wall with their spring tension. Self-stick side supports are provided if one feels one needs to fix them onto the side walls before installing the rod into position, onto which each end of the rod is slid from above, giving even more support and preventing any possibility of the road sliding down under the weight of the curtains. Very strong and very practical with a quality finish. We like them very much and they look great.

Too weak and flimsy to hold anything the rod split writhing seconds of installing it. May be suitable for a light net curtains but nothing more.
