hi, I'm looking for bit that has the internal cutting diameter of 12mm, I'm reducing a16mm diameter a rifle barrel to put a 1/2 inch unf thread on it

I think this is not the right tool for that job, internal diameter of these bits is designed to fit the centre pin and are all the same, approx 1/4"

What is the shank size on these?

They are all the same, circular with two flats. 19mm diameter shank.
