Hello I only take 1 scoop at night when I've trained so 3 times a week lasted me a good few months you don't need more than 1 small scoop

Salaam i remember the big toughened foil bags maybe they had more powder in them. But this one stop is brilliant good for vegetarians no bovine or gelatine in it. Personally i only use 1 scoop it's more than enough. And in milk it tastes really nice not harsh or chemical taste. I did my research before buying it's much better than the other brands even those charging much more than reflex. In Shaa Allah you'll get good results with this.
