Hello can i use this on foam air filter?

You could use it but the important question is what sort of engine is the filter fitted too. If its fitted on an old motor lawnmower its probably not that important but to use it on a modern high revving fuel injection engine not recommended . The density of the foam on an engine can effect engine power output, running temperature and flat spots. Stick to the manufactures recommendations .
