Not working waste of such a big amount
The product is so expensive and it’s been exactly 26 days of usage! As soon as I was suppose to refill it. I did the auto cleaning for about 2 mins . Post the refill it did not work. My money is completely wasted

Excellent product
The product is excellent quality and easy to use and the reaction between sensor and dispenser is excellent and the communication with the seller is excellent always pending of everything so yes I recomended it 100%

Need a little work
Sounds dispense but no soap came out when I put the hand like other comments. I poked to the whole where soap supposed to come out with a toothpick. It felt springy and I kept pumping a few times and there you go. Soap come as it supposed to be. It seemed like the spring inside struck or needs activation or whatever. I also thin out soap with water as instructed.
