Fish don't make omega 3, they only get it in their diet
I love this product. Most people don't know that fish don't produce omega-3 -- it's all from the algae that they or their prey eat! So it's a complete waste to kill an animal for a product they don't even make on the own. It's like if grass had omega-3 and we killed cows in order to get omega-3

I was familiar with the Bragg line of products from the Apple Cider Vinegars. I wanted to increase my intake of Omega 3, so I bought Bragg's algae oil product. It's well tolerated. Is small and easily swallowed with no of that fishy aftertaste ( besides, where do you think the fish get their Omega 3's from in the first place?).

Exactly as advertised
Specifically chose this brand based on ingredients as well as Capsule size. One previously recommended by optometrist was twice the size and very hard for me to swallow. No lingering taste like fish oil can cause. Very happy with product.
