Great product.Might make your lights flicker

I am a property manager who owns many rental units. I purchased water heaters for one of my rental properties, and in total, I bought seven of them. Within less than a year, I had to replace them all. In one instance, the water heater inexplicably consumed excessive power, causing the main breaker to trip. Each time my tenant attempted to use the shower, the breaker would turn off. In another case, the breaker became extremely hot, prompting us to switch to a different brand. While GE is generally a reputable brand, I don't understand why they produce something so dangerous.

A must buy, has been working good as a point of use water heater for our kitchen sink. Instant hot water now without any problems thank God! Loving it, so far so good. Have had it since February!

Works great

This water heater does not work as advertised. Water does not reach the set temperature. I live on the gulf coast in a very mild climate and have yet to see 120 degree water. It is extremely difficult to install as stated in other reviews. The unit has to be wired and plumbed before you can even put the cover on which has to be screwed on from the back. Then it hangs on the wall like a picture. It’s a horrible product. Do not purchase it. And the only way to get a refund or exchange it you have to ship it back. So you have to purchase a new one before you can even get a refund. Very disappointed.

This tankless electric heater works very well but it has a very poor design when it comes to installation. The unit is electrical so expect to do some electrical work when installing this. That being said, this tankless heater is not easily installed by the average homeowner. On top of the electrical work required, the inlet for the wires is in the face plate so you have to leave slack in the wire to accommodate the faceplate design. However, when putting the faceplate back in place, there is no room for the wire slack. It was very difficult, frustrating, and time consuming to get it to fit. The design is very, very poor. This thing also requires three 40 amp, 2 pole breakers, aka 6 breaker spaces. Expect to buy additional parts for the install such as breakers, wiring, etc. The unit is a whole home system. It will run a couple sinks at a time or even two showers at once efficiently. It gets the water very hot. Overall, the system works very well, but the design of the faceplate is very poor making the installation are very daunting. It is not for the average homeowner, and additional parts will be needed for installation.

It was easy to install. It warms the water, but not hot. Not ideal for a shower, I just takes off the coolness of my shower water and I am in florida
