Is this tested on animals?

Hi there, thank you for your question. Our magnesium flakes are a natural mineral sourced from the earth and do not require any testing of that nature. If they did, they most certainly would not be tested on animals as this is an issue we feel very strongly about. We will never sell products that are tested on animals and are proud to be a completely cruelty free company! Thanks! - Beth

If it comes from dead sea it is not supposed to be high purity? zechstein is better?

Our dead sea origin magnesium flakes are very high purity, a recent test results had all heavy metals below detectable thresholds. Zechstein is also reputed to be a good source.

I would not eat this product. Magnesium of this type is best absorbed through the skin, either have a bath with some or make a spray up and spray it on your skin, leave it on for a while then wash off. Do some research on it as I cannot give measurements as I am not a trained professional. It is best to get your magnesium through food for internal use, it works with the body. All other 'chemical' ways supplements etc. do not really work with your body. I am sorry I can not be more specific. Hope this is helpful. Regards Jonathan.
