Crucial Compression Elbow Support Sleeves for Women & Men (Pair)

I have had two Elbow surgeries (medial/lateral epicondylitis). As soon as I put the brace on, my arm felt immediately supported and pain lessened. The material is soft, comfortable (without the itchy/scratching feeling) you get with other material. I bought the XS (elbow is 10”) and it fit perfect!!! The compression is medium/firm and the material does not bunch up inside the Elbow joint. I also wear a lidocaine patch (5%) underneath. Finally, we have a winner!!!

I bought these for an elbow injury, including bone displacement and tendonitis. Long story short, my arm bends out to the side a little more than it should now, which had weakened the tendons severely.THESE, however, stabilized my elbow drastically. The joint would pop easily 3-4 times a day, each more painful than the last, but when wearing the brace, it popped maybe once a day, and eventually barely once a week. I wore these almost 24/ for almost two months, and can now use my arm again without any pain. Best yet, my range of motion was completely unaffected.BE WARNED: Do not try wearing these non-stop for a little while. They are TIGHT and meant to be. But at first, wearing it for more than a few hours at a time led to swelling in my arm as the vascularization was cut off. I had to remove it for an hour or two a few times a day in the beginning, and almost always woke up with swelling if I slept with it on. This dissipated over time as my arm grew used to it, and I have been able to wear it almost non-stop.Also, you may need to turn the sleeve inside out. For me, the interior of the sleeve scrapped against my arm and rubbed the inside of my elbow raw. Flipped it inside out, just fine. Shout out to the company for that recommendation. After receiving my product a rep. emailed me for any questions or concerns, and gave me that advice.

I was experiencing pain inside my elbow from repetitive motion at my job. This brace reduced discomfort and pain while I was at work. And I even made extra effort to use that arm less on the job. I found that the brace made it more difficult to close my arm--which I think limited further injury to that tendon. As for sizing: I bought the size as recommended on the size chart, and found the tight fit helpful with pain relief while at work. I did not wear the brace at home, since it would feel too tight if you're not active. Overall, I found this brace really useful if you start addressing your Golfer's Elbow early. You'll still need to do your stretches, rest the arm, and let it heal. As for Tennis Elbow, a different style might be more effective -- as this did nothing for my other arm.

Needed a brace after I developed tennis elbow. This one is not too thick but also not too thin - I can wear it all day long and not feel uncomfortable. Provides just enough compression to relieve pain. My measurement was 9.5", which is between XS and S on the chart, so I decided to go with the smaller one (XS), and it fits perfectly! I would say, I don't think this sleeve is supposed to completely rid your pain, so don't expect magic if you get this, though it is possible!PROS:- Easy to put on and take off.- Perfect thickness. I can wear it all day/night long without being uncomfortable.- Provides relief for my tennis elbow.CONS:- None that I can think of right now!

Great product! Just received this in the mail (on time!) the other evening, and have already seen improvements in my tendonitis. My plan is to use them daily to relieve some of the muscle strain of typing for hours a day, so I avoid re-injuring myself. On first wear the product feels *very* tight, but it loosens up quickly, and is great from there. My golfer's elbow was significantly relieved after only a few hours. If you experience circulation issues, I recommend only wearing for an hour or two the first wear, then increasing time, making sure you check out the effects on your arms and fingers.The material is great quality - feels durable, looks good, and there are no loose stitches or signs of taking shortcuts. I'm 5'2", about 125 pounds, with lean arms and the smallest size worked well for me. I measured my elbow at 9".If you're looking for something to last awhile, this seems to be the product! And at a great price!

The brace works great and my tennis elbow improved while I was able to wear it. Unfortunately, be aware that these braces appear to contain latex in the top and bottom elastic hemmed edges as well as the center portion. For those sensitive to it, skip this brace or you may find yourself rashed out in allergic contact dermatitis, perfectly outlining the top and bottom cuffs and the middle section at the bend of the elbow in swollen, itchy, red skin.

I ended up buying four different brands of sleeves before I found one where the size guide matched what I received. I discovered that If you’re elderly with thin old lady arms, the sizing charts aren’t useful.
