She was really hoping to be able to use this at our family reunion, but unfortunately, she was not able to talk at all. not going back to this company and DO NOT recommend ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Weight | 100 g | | Units | 50.0 Count | | Brand | Labex | ## Images ![Digital Electrolarynx, Electronic Speaking Device for Laryngectomees, Artificial Larynx by Labex (Great Sound & Adjustable Tone at Economic Price) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51sA2x4rVrL.jpg) ![Digital Electrolarynx, Electronic Speaking Device for Laryngectomees, Artificial Larynx by Labex (Great Sound & Adjustable Tone at Economic Price) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-yPThrf0L.jpg) ![Digital Electrolarynx, Electronic Speaking Device for Laryngectomees, Artificial Larynx by Labex (Great Sound & Adjustable Tone at Economic Price) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81T0oUTGzsL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sonido *by A***A on 24 October 2025* Buena calidad y sonido ### ⭐ Disappointed. *by M***E on 29 March 2023* my grandmothers device from another company broke so we found this labex model to be the most affordable. unfortunately, carol, my grandmother, had a very hard time with the unit. she had a hard time operating the unit with how close the buttons were together, she said the unit would sometimes turn on by itself, the instructions didn't help her, and she feels that it's very low quality. She was really hoping to be able to use this at our family reunion, but unfortunately, she was not able to talk at all. not going back to this company and DO NOT recommend ### ⭐ AVOID... terrible experience & terrible product - better EL's out there! *by M***E on 12 July 2023* My grandmother is a laryngectomee. she had to get her unit replaced since her other brokke recently. we saw this unit, it was very affordable, but it didn't have any ratings. money was tight so we purchased this unit in hopes it would still be good for the price.....we were wrong. terribly wrong..... the instructions were very confusing. my grandmother had such a hard time understanding how to adjust the volume and pitch. even when I tried to help her it was a hassle getting the unit to really work. we gave up on trying to figure out how to work the volume and pitch so we tried with whatever the setting was. IT WAS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND MY GRANDMOTHER. the unit sounded terrible. the buzzing was too loud and it sounded garbled. wht happened??? she was getting emotional, I was getting emotional, this product is complete trash and such a disappointment. I WOULD NOT recommend. we're deeply upset and will look for another product. ## Frequently Bought Together - LABEX Digital Electrolarynx Black, Electronic Speaking Device for Laryngectomees, Artificial Larynx by Labex (Great Sound & Adjustable Tone at Economic Price) - ShowerShield Rubber Collar, Shwr Shield Trach W-Rbr Collar, (1 EACH, 1 EACH) - CRAZY ROSA Tracheostomy Supplies - 4PCS Stoma Covers for Laryngectomy, Adjustable Neck Trachea Care Kits with Dust Shield Protectors, Women Men Unisex Mask (Double-layer) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/503252165-digital-electrolarynx-electronic-speaking-device-for-laryngectomees-artificial-larynx-by](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/503252165-digital-electrolarynx-electronic-speaking-device-for-laryngectomees-artificial-larynx-by) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
