Everything in the box works great except the reaching tool it sometimes unscrews when using make it extra tight.

Items are easy to use and works as intended. I have this stored in MY car. RIP for me but a life saver for anyone else. This will easily save you a call to AAA or your insurance company. It's worth it. You do have to read the instructions on how to use if you have never used one before just so you don't damage the vehicle you are attempting to get into. My buddy had this exact same kit on him when I locked my keys in my trunk. Took like 15 minutes to get unlocked, however if you know your car or the type of car your attempting to use this on, you can gain access in less than 5 minutes easy.

Super easy to get our keys out of our van with these tools. Just watch a youtube video, it was very simple.

Had to purchase a different (much stronger) air bag than those that came with this kit because they weren't anywhere near strong enough to hold door open even to get the slender reach tool through. Maybe be it depends what type of car you have? This was for a Mazda CX5. However, the reach tool is nice, so for the price and the speedy delivery I guess it was worth it for the reach tool alone.
