MISLEADING
Directions say to take 2 a day and then further down it say take 2 capsules 2 -3 times a day why? that would need that you are taking 3000mg a day no-one needs that much calcium.

This product is quite good and necessary for anybody lacking it, especially older people. However, it is not so easy to digest and intends to block sometimes.
