Soba Noodles

Really enjoyed these soba noodles. They have a lovely texture and cook quickly, making them perfect for easy Japanese-inspired meals. Great with a dipping sauce, stir fry, or a simple noodle bowl. A great cupboard staple and I’ll definitely buy them again.

These are really nice and tasty, complimenting ramen dishes well and also really tasty in some other noodle dishes I made like peanut, garlic and chili. I find the portion size generous and I'm a big lad, the texture is great, no slimy or soggy noodles here, apparently these are a healthy option? It feels to good to be true! Also very affordable, something I'd suggest keeping well stocked up on as they last a long time and don't degrade in quality.

I mistrust packaging and product naming that make something sound as though it comes from Country A when it is made in Country B. Study the product description on Amazon, or read the micro print on the packaging ... these noodles are made in China. This shouldn't be a bar to buying them. They taste fine and offer really good value for money. But ... 'proper' Japanese noodles, I feel, are crafted with artisanal diligence by Zen masters *in Japan*. Chinese food preparation standards, I feel, may not be as high. The bottom line for me is that I will eat these and enjoy them - but I am not sure whether I will buy them again. Objectively, though, they are fine. If you are less worried than I about their origin, go right ahead.

These are actually really tasty, I thought I wouldn't like them as I hate things like wholewheat pasta and rice but these soba noodles are lovely. I made teriyaki pork with my soba noodles, I added stir fry vegetables and garnished with toasted sesame seeds. I made a great meal 🤤 my first time cooking Japanese food. 💖

Delicious with terriyakii sauce stirred through. They are vegan and very healthy with a negligible amount of fat, good fibre and protein content. I like them cold so cook more than enough, the rest I refrigerate and use them for snacking on or with salad and spinach for a nutritious lunch.

Tasty healthy noodles. Rapid and easy cooking. Lovely texture. Perfect with any stir fry, soup, pho. Can’t get enough.

Despite Amazon listing these soba noodles as gluten free. They are NOT gluten free. They contain 58% wheat flour.

Look great straight out the package and taste fine however they are very filling and smell a little funky, but if you ignore that then it is definitely worth the buy!
