I bought this to study for the Life in the U.K. exam but found out after buying I didn’t need it as I’m over 66 . You get pass after been a pensioner

It’s a good book for everyone who want to pass they life in the uk test, I find myself learning easier from the app not actual book, but still it is a good source of information.

So I wait and buy a 2023 version of this hoping it will have accurate information. Then reading the section on Queen Victoria describes her as having the longest reign of any monarch at the time of printing (2013) One of the single most important events involving the monarch last year a 70 yr jubilee doesn’t get a mention. Get a proof reader ffs

The book does its job with giving you the data you need to pass the test but some information is old. They are referencing numbers from 2009 and 2011 but the test will ask you for more recent data. The book also needs a lot of editing. The formatting is off here and there.But apart from this, you’ll past the test if you study this book.
