I gotta be honest, when my friend suggested we get this game, I was skeptical. It felt like it could have been a good way to divide people at a game night, but it’s not that at all! It’s SO fun! The prompts are cheeky but not too intense and get people be present and give REAL answers! 10/10 would recommend

11/10 WORTH IT!!! Really fun game to play with your dates, get to know your friends or just another person even, opening up and connecting over topics becomes as easy as picking up a random question card and talking about it. Recommend leaving it on your coffee table as a conversation starter if you love hosting people too!🙌🏻

I don't have a significant other, so I haven't had a chance to use this as a couple's bonding experience, but as a group/party game, this has the potential to become one of our favorites!That being said, you do need the RIGHT group in order to make this happen. If your friends aren't comfortable telling their stories or talking about the past, this is probably not the game for your group.If however, your group is mostly comprised of people that have taken it upon themselves to deal with their past in a comedic way? oh MAN, this game can be a BLAST!Now, I'm not saying you need to change ALL the rules, definitely keep the safe space/taboo subjects rules in place, because you don't want to alienate the people you're playing with (especially if you're in a one on one session)! The rules say everyone has to answer every question, but we've found it works best if you let people respond to questions they WANT to respond to, so maybe not everyone speaks up every time. I think if you're trying to force people to speak up they're gonna clam up even more than they already are.Our group all knows each other relatively well, so we went STRAIGHT for the purple cards. We found a lot of the blue cards (the dipping your toes prompts) to be WAY too general to really spark any kind of conversation. The blue cards really give off a 'first day of camp' vibe, veryyy icebreaker-y, and if you already know the group you're playing with, you'll probably shy away from them too. If everyone you're playing with is new though, the blue cards definitely will break the ice!

Got the game in time for the holidays which was perfect! I played with my fam I haven’t seen in over a year and we all had a blast! The prompts are so well-curated that it opened up conversation for everyone from my awkward 14 year old cousin to my 86 year old grandmother. It brings out such a beautiful range of emotion the longer you play. Like at one point we were all dying laughing and then a bit later my uncle was sharing a heartfelt story that brought us all closer. I cannot wait to play this with my friends and dates as soon as I get back home

You will love playing this with others and will learn things about them that may surprise you! Great conversation starter for a group of friends or coworkers! We have used this for small group table conversation starters, and everyone seems to really enjoy the brain break!

Love this brand new game, so easy and fun to play. I usually play this with dates and new friends I meet, super helpful to foster connections and just pick up and play. People don't need to read instructions, you open the box and the game is endless fun. Definitely adding this to our collection of games to play with friends and family. The cards are great everyone needs to try this!! 10/10.

I love this game for striking up conversation with old friends and new friends. It’s the perfect party game to easily get everyone engaged and it spices up any pregame. Another perk is that you only need 2 people to play! 5 STARS
