John Boos Block Chop-N-Slice Maple Wood Edge Grain Reversible Cutting Board, 16 Inches x 10 Inches x 1 Inches

This is by far the best quality chopping board we have had so I am hoping we get many years of use from it. This particular model is the thinnest one listed on Amazon and personally I would not want to have it any thicker as it would become just a bit too heavy and awkward to handle. The same goes for the size and the next one up would be too big for our work surfaces and cupboards,

although had to wait for the correct oil in which to put on the first time - it is now proving to be a great board

I love this board. It arrives untreated so I’ve oiled & waxed it & it’s just superb. Rock hard maple is brilliant, I recommend this Boos board!

Would give it no stars if i could. Oiled it monthly and it still split. What a complete waste of money. DO not buy this item.

Quality sturdy chopping board. Would recommend everyone purchases this chopping board.

I took it out the pack and noticed it had a splinter/chip in it about 3/4” long. I didn’t even get to use it

Esta tabla de cortar me ha resultado muy útil, la limpieza es muy fácil además de que recomiendo adquirir los productos para mantener la tabla en buen estado, siendo esos los aceites. Muy resistente, incluso al caer de una mesa de trabajo. El precio es algo elevado, pero vale la pena invertir en un producto de gran calidad.

John Boos stand to it's reputation " great product, best quality". Never had a second thought when I bought this chopping board because I knew it will last a lifetime with proper care and attention. And by the way this is my second chopping board from John Boos, my first is 24X18x2.25 inches. I love it and you'll love it too professionals, amateurs and home cooks alike. Little heavy, but that what makes a beautiful, reliable and heavy duty chopping board.

Perfect size for cutting veggies. Easy to clean and a good quality board that will last for years. I also love that it is made in the USA out of a beautiful Maple wood by a company that still takes pride in their workmanship.

وجود ألواح التقطيع البلاستيكية الرخيصة أو الغالية هو ظلم لأسرتك وأطفالك لما فيها من مسبب عظيم للسرطانات، هذا اللوح، سيجعلك ترمي كل ألواح التقطيع عندك إلى الأبد حتى لو كانت خشبية، لوح جميل، كبير جداً، ثقيل ومصنع من خشب الغابات التي تدار بطريقة سليمة دون الإضرار بالبيئة، مصنعة في مصنع ذو خبرة تمتد إلى أكثر من قرن من الزمن في هذا التصنيع، عيبه الوحيد أنني لاحظت أنه ليس قطعة واحدة، هو تقريباً 5 أو 6 ألواح طولية ملتصقة ببعض، لا أعلم هل من الممكن في يوم من الأيام أن تنفصل إحداها؟ استخدمناها الآن حتى شهر واحد. يجب أن تقوم بدهن هذا اللوح كل شهر مرة بزيت طبيعي (مثل زيت الزيتون مثلاً) حتى تحافظ على جودته، ويجب أن يكون لوح التقطيع الخاص بالخضار غير لوح التقطيع الخاص باللحوم والسمك والدجاج
