Bugalugs Plaque Remover

Bought this for our terrier who had breath like the bottom of the bin! After a week, it has solved the problem and his teeth are looking cleaner too! Easy to use, just sprinkle on food, Will definitely purchase again.

I was sceptical about this as I’ve used something similar in the past but 1 week in my dogs breath is much better than it was before this. He was a little suspicious at first but has got used to the taste and still eats his food as normal

First impressions are solid. Coming from the more expensive popular blue-lid brand this seems just as good, but cheaper. My dog's breath is fresher, he likes the product and devours his food with it sprinkled on top, it's easy to use, has a nice coarse granule look rather than powder, and time will tell if it helps with the plaque on his teeth. 4 stars not 5 as the scoop was missing from the tub.

I purchased this as My chihuahua is 10 years old now and his teeth are suffering and his gums were really red. But I didn’t want to put him under any anaesthetic to get his teeth cleaned at £450. !! After 10 days his breath is much better and he loves the taste of it too which is a bonus. The tartar on his teeth is loosening enough for me to clean it off from around his gums. So I will be buying this again and will continue to use it for my younger 1 & 2 year old German shepherds too as a preventative measure.

Easy to use dog food topper for teeth/bad breath. My dog did tolerate it on her food; however, we no longer use it (same reason it gets a 3/5) because it smells strongly of seaweed (main ingredient) and didn't help much with either her teeth or her breath.

My vets were talking about plaque removal on my dogs teeth so I thought i would try this product after reading the reviews. I didn't believe this would really work but the change is amazing! The photos are of my five year old dogs teeth, they were so discoloured and coated in plaque. I bought a small tub about six months ago to try and now have purchased the biggest pot so I can use with my 10 month old puppy to stop any build up. I just sprinkle on their food every meal and they eat it with no issues. The pots last along time as the measuring spoon is tiny. Just to add, the dry shampoos and smelly sprays from this Bugalugs are amazing too. 😊

Have been using this daily for the last couple of years, mixed with my dog's food. Reduces breath odour and plaque around his teeth. The pot lasts a while as he's not a big dog so not expensive. Ideal little measuring spoon which can be reused.

Great sized tub and lasts a good couple of months my dog doesn’t seem to mind the powder it does help to keep her teeth more white but I have noticed more recently that her breathe has been smelling more than usual.

My dachshund loves it and his breath is great. His teeth are really clean. I just had him at the vet and they said his teeth do NOT need cleaning which is remarkable for this breed. Jake is 4 years old. I just acquired a two-year-old doxie with a plaque and started her on this today. We will see how it goes. I highly recommend giving it a try. All dogs' systems are different. We feed a raw, balanced diet, but kibble-fed dogs may have a different outcome. We have now gone through two bottles and I am very happy Our Foster dog with the tarter build up is looking much better. Her gums are less inflamed and looking healthy and we were able to chip off the plaque buildup on her canines with just our fingernails. She is looking much better. At her vet appointment, we will see if she needs a cleaning but I doubt it now when it was a pretty sure thing when we got her. I highly recommend it.

I was very sceptical when buying it. My golden retriever is 3 and I noticed that her teeth were very dirty. I had never previously cleaned or brushed her teeth. So I gave this product a go. There is a tiny spoon included. I was giving her one spoon in the morning and evening by sprinkling over her dry food. Went through a bottle in around a month and her teeth are back to complete white. I highly recommend this product.

Haven't noticed much on teeth but definitely helps bad breath

It works. Helps with plaque and my dog love it. You have to use it consistently to see the result but def works.

Dog's breath will smell like the food they eat most of the time. My big old guy (100 lbs) was really having a problem. His breath was bad, and it was suddenly awfully bad. Vet no help. It was 'Stay away from me' bad. This product has helped him a lot. His tartar is going away. (I didn't expect miracles.) I never have had a problem with him eating it. He gets dry food but I add a glass of water to slow him down otherwise he is a vacuum & then will get sick due to so much air he inhales. I broke up a half slice of bread, laid it on top of his food, and he just scarfed it because he loved bread. I tried without the bread as well. He has not stuck his nose in the air. To the reviewer who said their dogs turned their noses up to it, just --Be smarter than what you are working with.--
