Measure your oven first
The actual pizza screen is really well made compared with some I have seen. Packaging could of been better (hence knocking off a star).Unfortunately I cannot comment on how well it actually works (it's a pizza screen. If its made well then there's not much that can go wrong) as its slightly too large for my oven, and due to sticking out about half inch to far I cannot close the door. So to avoid making the same mistake, measure how deep your oven is, rather than just how wide it is.As its will cost too much to return then this will end up being given away, but will be ordering another of the same brand but in a slightly smaller version.

Great Product
I've been making my own italian style pizzas for a while now, but ive often struggled getting the base a bit crispier, even with a pizza stone they were not great. This mesh really does make the difference over a pizza pan or stone in a regular oven that only reaches perhaps 230c. Once you have it, be sure to wash it, then use spray oil or cooking oil on a kitchen roll to wipe all over the mesh and then allow it to bake in the oven for around 40 mins on a high temp. It will stink something bad but the next time you use it, it will be seasoned perfectly and ready to use. Those other reviews where the dough has stuck clearly didnt use a little spray oil before cooking and their dough was not the right consistancy (ie it was to sticky and wet thus dropped through the mesh - simply kneeding a little longer with 02 flour would have solved that issue). All in all a great product and we are now producing restaurant quality pizzas at home.
