This shelf is sturdy and attractive. It was easy to put together. It holds all the heavy items and looks great. I would have expect a shelf of this quality to be more expensive. It's a great value!

This is second ladder shelf . Quality is very good and assembly took 30-45 mins . It is sleek and fits my son’s bedroom very well. Light weight too

Looks good, exactly as pictured. It’s space saving but can hold a lot. It’s stable. Does not wobble. The directions need to be a bit more explicit. They are easy to confuse on the bottom half. Its easy to move, and is worth what I paid for it. Very happy with this purchase.

Not only did they apologize for the issues and inconvenience, but they offered multiple solutions to address the issues that I faced with the product. I was able to choose the solution that worked best for me. I am extremely pleased with the promptness and diligence that SONGMICS customer service provided to me, and would definitely recommend purchasing this product knowing that they are more than willing to help their customers if there are any problems with the product! -------------------------------- Overall, the look of the shelf is beautiful. The dark metal and vintage wood are great complements and work well with other furniture and decorations we purchased. Unfortunately there were quite a few issues that made this shelf very difficult to assemble - even with both my husband and I working together. First, the shelf came with three (F) legs and only one (G) leg (supposed to be two and two). Luckily, these pieces are very similar, and I don't believe it had much of an effect on assembly. Then, when trying to insert the top, arched pieces (H) onto the legs, they did not fit due to the angle of the legs not matching the arches and the metal inserts on top of the legs being too wide. We had to use a hammer to make the tops of the legs a bit narrower and use some significant force to connect the legs with the arches. Finally, two of the top shelves had at least one hole that did not line up with the screw locations. No matter how much effort or muscle used, we could not get the holes to line up. Rather than have multiple holes with no screws, we used a drill to create new holes in the shelves. If you choose to purchase this shelf, you won't be disappointed in its functionality or look, but be prepared for some frustration and extra work trying to put it together.

This product came in perfect condition and was easy for me to put together by myself. I was looking to display the most used and my favorite blu-ray and 4Ks in my home theatre as well as get a shelf that could allow me to stand up my 6 Timcorr dvd cases and this fit the bill perfectly. I plan on buying another to set just of the other side of the AC unit. It is well built and sturdy and thr shelvs hold more weight the further down you go. Those dvd/blu-ray disc holders are heavy when filled so not any shelf can handle 6 of them. Im happy with my purchess and the design fits my attic slanted ceiling where I put my home theatre which was the hardest part in finding what I needed. I would recommend this item for anyone looking for a sturdy shelf that can seat their physical media like I did.
