This set makes it easier for me to sit 8 - 10 hours/day while working. The back support makes it easier to maintain proper posture, which helps reduce muscle strain and fatigue in the lower back. The seat cushion makes it easier to sit for long periods of time by providing more comfortable padded support that my current computer chair doesn't have. This set also works great on wooden kitchen chairs that have no seat cushions. Seems very well made and durable and is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the SAIREIDER Comfortable Lumbar Support Pillow for my office chair and car, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my daily comfort, but there are a few things worth mentioning. First, the pillow itself is fantastic. The memory foam provides excellent support for my lower back, which is exactly what I needed after long hours of sitting at my desk or during long car rides. It’s firm enough to give solid lumbar support but still soft enough to feel comfortable against your back. The material is breathable, so it doesn't get too hot like some other support pillows can. One of the standout features is how well it fits in my car. It contours to the seat nicely, providing much-needed relief on longer drives. My back feels so much better after using it for just a short while. I also love that it helps improve my posture by keeping my spine in a better alignment, which is a huge plus for both office work and travel. That said, I had a bit of trouble adjusting it to fit perfectly in my car seat. The straps are adjustable, but I found it challenging to get the pillow in the ideal position at first. It took some trial and error to figure out where it felt just right. Once I got it sorted, though, it worked wonderfully. Overall, I’m really happy with the comfort it provides. It’s been a game changer for both my office chair and car seat. If you can get past the slight adjustment issues, it’s definitely worth it for the back support it gives!

I bought this for my work chair. I have a lot of lower back pain with lumbar stenosis. The seat cushion is comfortable. It worked best for me turned backwards. I don't use the cushion back, as it did not fit in my work chair. But, I kept the item because the seat cushion works so well.

This is a very good seat cushion and lumbar support combo. I use it on my home office chair.

I bought it and almost didn't use it. I felt it more uncomfortable for my back. I didn't feel any benefit from its use.

I should’ve taken a video of when I swapped the throw pillows in my Mom’s recliner for this. She fought me on it but as soon as I “installed “ them she sat down and sighed. A happy sigh! She said she can now sit without going numb and needing assistance to get up. My only request would be to make the straps a tad longer.
