Could this be mounted to the wall?

This item was not designed to be wall mounted.

Can it fit rolls of toilet paper?

It could but it would take a whole lot to fill it up. It is also roustall and rectangular shaped. I would recommend storing the toilet paper elsewhere. It’s just not made for that. Has a wooden floor that could tear up the paper before using it. The inside of the container Iis rough to the touch and could once again tear the toilet paper.

Is there a way to hang small/compact umbrellas on this stand - probably by thier loops?

I gave it as a gift so I don’t know But it was very appreciated!

Could this be used to hold fireplace tools?

I don’t think it’s tall enough. I even have to put my medium size umbrellas in on a slant so they don’t fall out.
