This item came bent... reached out to company they sent me new one. Very sturdy and very long! Very good ball retriever!!! Would order more if needed!

Much more than a golf ball retriever.
I have no intention of ever looking for golf balls with this item. While it is lightweight, the quality is solid, locking/unlocking works well and functionality / reach meets all my needs. Much better than the 15 foot version they make.

Too big for my bag
This is a great retriever but with some significant drawbacks. The overall length when retracted is longer than my driver when in the bag. The head is made of plastic and doesn’t look like it will sustain even a light impact. I haul my clubs around from time to time with the bag cover on and I will have to remove this retriever from my bag when I do.This retriever is very heavy compared to any other retriever I’ve owned, adding the weight of several clubs to my bag.This retriever is impressively long and is fairly easy to control at full extension.Overall, it’s not something I would buy again unless there is a macdaddy retriever contest!

Great flag pole!
Longest extension pole on Amazon! Great for a totem at festivals, although I wish it didn't bend so much when I whip it around like a mad man when that BASS DROPS!

Reaches to Texas!
Really strong and sturdy, but.... also heavy. When my golf balls seek shelter from me they are out of luck. I laugh at them when I pull out this retriever! NO where to roll to and no where to hide! Come on back to Daddy you miserable sphere! LOL!

Kwad retrieval necessity!
Need a way to get your kwad out of a tree in mere seconds...then you NEED this!Fits in my trunk, quickly extends, easily packs away. I do wish the retracted length was shorter, but still worth every cent

Quality feel, surprisingly sturdy
Surprisingly sturdy for being 24 feet long. Although this didn't end up working for what I needed, it is pretty sturdy when fully extended. I had it extended straight up in the air and actually had decent control. I imagine it would be a bit tricky to snag golf balls with this fully extended, but it's definitely possible with a little patience.

It is way too heavy. I would recommend buying a smaller one.
It works fine. It is just way too heavy. I would like to return/exchange but was ordered in Sept. so I guess I can't do that now. It has never been used and still in the wrapper with all the tags on it but I don't seem to have the option of exchanging for a smaller one. Would really like a smaller/lighter one.
