The WINGO JX-06 is a great bit of kit. Well designed, well specified and well made. I’ve yet to try it on a very slim and thin Strat type neck, but on classical and fusion guitars – it’s the business.Somewhere behind this is someone who understands guitars. And it shows. This is a ‘One size fits all’ solution – but it fits far better than some of the ‘bespoke’ stuff from leading brands, and the build quality is better than some of their stuff too. It's top quality.Would I buy another? I’m going to be reluctant to buy anything else. The best capo I’ve ever owned, and so easy to use.

Works ok, but needs more care and attention when fitting than most other styles. But, pretty cheap.

I ordered this to replace my previous, spring-loaded capo which flew apart one day when the plastic disintegrated.. Not altogether surprising given that the plastic parts are always under considerable stress..Apart from not having broken yet, this capo has some real advantages over the more traditional spring-loaded ones.. Firstly, it is considerably more compact, making it easier to transport, plus there's no handle sticking out which makes the head of the guitar sit out a few inches when leaning top-out against a wall. A small point, but just saying..This capo is also dual-purpose, serving both classical (flat neck) and folk/jazz guitars (curved neck) in the same unit - handy if you have both types of instrumen.Perhaps the most appealing feature however (IMHO) is, that unlike the spring-loaded capos, the tension on this can be adjusted. This allows the pressure to be increased until buzzing just stops which can avoid the guitar having to be retuned every time the capo is moved.

I use it a lot. Dont use the bulky awkward arms sticking out any more this is neater.

Like the damper (rubber) which is a great and essential flat profile for fretting a 12 string adequately.

This is a sturdy product, easy to use too. Arrived on time, very good supplier!

Tested on all my guitars up to 5th fret placement - 6 string (2 instruments), 12 string, classical and 6 string electric - and it works well on all except my 12 string at the first 2 frets - fully tightened but strings still buzz.My concern with this capo is longevity with respect to frequent use on different guitar types.As both cushions are obviously used the cushion in contact with the back of neck, I would think, will eventually be compressed to the point of not returning to its original shape and make that cushion unusable.Any capo will eventually suffer in this way, but as both of the cushions on this capo will be subject to different compression shapes, i.e. the strings and the back of the neck, I hope you get my point.------- This specific capo design with the option to be able to replace worn cushions/pads would be a good idea. In fact a capo of this design with ALL parts being replaceable would be even better, as long as the parts are as durable as possible and prices are realistic and reasonable. -------
