I love this company! I had to cover the customs fees that were more than the shipping fees that I paid. I emailed FAMILOCS and they offered to give me a refund or a credit for the extra unexpected fees. They also did not blame the president or his administration for making these issues. They simply handled the issue with a solution 👏🏿 this is why I will be shopping with them for anything I need deadlock related. The hair is soft or kinky, however you want it, they have it. There's no smell but I always advise washing it anyway. There's no shedding when installed. The thickness is as stated and the hair is just like natural hair so the end result is sleek and beautiful. Best hair for the price

Great product. Used hair to start my locs. Love the texture and it is not heavy on my head. When wet hair curls beautifully. Very durable and has hair style is full and natural looking.

I love this hair. It is thick and was able to camouflage my areas of hairloss. It came quickly feels soft to the touch and does not shed. Great value for the money. The hairstylist has never used this hair but said it was easy to install. One tip is to rinse the hair in hot water before use. This will stretch the hair and make it easy to install.

When braiding the hair, the majority is unusable. I purchased this package thinking it was a good quantity, but in actuality it’s very poor quality. It breaks off and the pieces are incredibly short. The hair jumbles/knots up into unusable clumps. Out of five packs, I would say only about two are usable. The rest just sheds everywhere.

Had a client book a last minute microloc install and needed some human kinky curly hair. Shipped overnight. The hair packaged small but it’s pretty much AFRO hair so account for shrinkage in the 12”. It does shed, but what bulk hair doesn’t? The hair was easy to use and install. It took product well. It is a bit stiff when you install, but mousse then steam for 15 minutes when you’re done and it’s good. The hair has a regular smell, as if I ordered virgin it raw bundles. I recommend presoak/wash it before installing. I used 2 of the 5 packs for her. She has low density hair. Client loved the look. Definitely worth it, will buy again for future clients.

Pictured is the amount of waste i had to remove to get one decent piece to braid with. I did about 5 braids, and the braids did look nice, but the hair was annoying to work with, so i took it down and threw everything away. Waste of money.

Great used once

The hair was much shorter than the 16 inches I bought. Lots of unusable small pieces. Returned as this was the second time I'd bought this hair and had the same issue.

Hair was ok but had lil small peace’s that made the job a lil hard and the length wasn’t long enough

This look like scap hair, no 10 inches smaller pcs made in the shape of square I m do disappointed.

Alors franchement je suis absolument pas satisfaite , j’ai commandé la boîte entière avec le peigne et les 3 crochet, je n’ai malheureusement reçu que les cheveux. j’ai payer il me semble 120 $ pour un article incomplet. cependant les cheveux m’ont l’air de très bonne qualité et je vous en remercie malgré tout , n’empêche que je ne pense pas recommander.
