I’m 5’ 125# with an average sized bust. This vest is well made, but not adjustable in the tight places. The back is too wide for me, making the distribution awkward, as well as the front panels being closer together. The front buckle does not adjust up or down and is placed directly across my bust line.I feel like it is better suited for someone with a broader back/shoulder and probably no breasts.

The vest, weighing only 8 pounds, feels heavy when you initially pick it up but when on, it feels good. It actually reminds me to bring my shoulders back & not slouch into it. I bought it to help reduce bone loss in my spine. My doc says to wear it only while walking or running, not all the time.

Dr told me I needed to do weight-bearing exercises, so my husband bought this for me. I am 5'3" and 116 lbs. He got me the 8 lb vest and it is perfect! It fits me well and the weight is distributed so while I noticed it at first, it wasn't too heavy. I eased into it by only using it once a week until I got used to it and now I can walk with it and barely notice it. I love it. Highly recommend it. It is worth the money.

I bought this vest to help strengthen weakening muscle and bones at the suggestion of my doctor. It's reasonably comfortable. Be sure not to put it on upside down, which is easy to do, the elastic should be at your side, not on top of the shoulder.

Ordered this to fight the aging process and osteoporosis. I wear it when I walk the dogs and after a few times I forget I have it on…until I remove it. Adds a decent amount of weight (10lbs) but not too much to hurt my back and shoulders.
