Yes it will fit perfectly. I also put these on my daughter 20 bike.

Do these work on little tikes bikes?

It would depend on the bike size and if they have wheel bolts

My son weights 80 will these work for him

They should… they say they go up to 100 pounds. I tested them on my kids’ bikes and they held up fine
