Scratched
These came straight and easy to assemble given similarities with other poles. These were also affordable compared to others I looked at. I debated returning this though because all the poles had some kind of marking or scratches. I'm not sure if it's part of the manufacturing or lack of packaging that separates the sharper bits (basically the non pole pieces) from contacting and scratching the poles because the package comes tight and not a whole lot of extra room but enough for all the other pieces to move around and I can see it banging into each other.
