I love this creatine powder! I love the flavor... it is easier to drink than most health product mixes. It gave me the energy I needed to get going without any kind of jittery feeling or crash. I drank it, did a workout and then had a high protein breakfast and I feel amazing today! I used to start every day with a cup of coffee but still felt sluggish but haven't had that feeling with this stuff.

Despite the title, I like it.It’s easy to drink. It tastes like lemonade with beet, but… subdued. It’s not at all unpleasant, it’s just like, ‘hint of lemonade and beet.’ It’s a gentle flavor, not nearly too sweet or tart by any means.As for the effects, I’m just gonna keep doing my thing. I walk about ten miles for my job four days a week, so we’ll see.For now, I can confidently say that it tastes pleasant, it doesn’t make me feel bloated or anything, it’s easy to drink, having some makes me feel more encouraged to focus on my gluts while walking, and I’m glad it comes in this kind of container and not those individual packets that are so wasteful.If I measure past 39” by 30 days, I’ll revise this review with another star.

i am very picky when it comes to powders and how they taste. i usually hate all protein powders and electrolytes they all are nasty. BUT this tastes like in n out pink lemonade. SO good i'm so relieved because i will actually drink and use this and get my moneys worth. yay. also the ingredients are great

I have been using this creatine powder supplement for the last month and have noticed positive results. It has lessened my recovery time from working out and increased my endurance.The taste is delicious! I love that this product mixes very easily in any temperature beverage and dissolves completely without any gritty residue.

I just received this product so can’t give a review on results yet but the flavor of the pink lemonade is top tier! There is no after taste which i was surprised by. I will be ordering more!

my package arrived with good care but when i opened the box i could see powder on the side and when i thought i was gonna have to open the lid it was already open half way i’m not sure if it was supposed to be like that over all its tastes good and i’m not sure if it was supposed to be filled up all the way

Ive heard a lot about creatine benefits for men and women, and as someone who is an active gym user for years now, I've been eyeing this product for a while! heard a Mel Robbins podcast that explicitly listed all the benefits for women’s creatine supplements, and it convinced me to give this one a try. I caught it on sale, so the price was great, and reviews seemed good.It’s hard to know the effects, and research says that it takes about 3 weeks of consistent creatine intake to make effect on a woman’s body, but for now, just based off of flavor and texture, I’m giving a 3.5/5.> It tastes nothing like citrus or lemonade LOL. it tastes like a watery, powdery substance, with little to no flavor at all, but I was wanting unflavored, so it worked out for me fine. Very misleading though 🙈 even using an electric whisk, it was still grainy and I could feel it crunch when I swallowed, but overall, I’m used to supplements and enhancers, so I can choke it down easily.Definitely not what I expected, but I’m still interested to see if it works!!Updating soon.
