This is so important for peri menopause
I’ve been taking this brand of DIM for 6-7 years now. It has worked TREMENDOUSLY for my period and pms symptoms. I am turning 43 in June and I now take 2 of these at night. It has helped SO MUCH with night sweats, sleep quality and all other stuff that comes with peri menopause. Highly recommend as DIM helps remove excess estrogen our bodies accumulate or produce which in turn could possibly help with estrogen dominate breast lumps or anything like that. Do your research first. I knew of someone who was a male who developed a lump on his chest and started to take DIM and the lump went away. I highly recommend this brand!

Really Works!
After reading some of the reviews I thought I would give this a try. My body chemistry is extremely sensitive to just about anything I ingest and I really need to be careful not to get reactions. So far this seems to be working on controlling my hot flashes not only at night, but during the day as well. Everyone is different so do your research before trying to know what dosage works best for you. I saw a review where a 65 yr old tried the 250 mg dosage and didn't have any side effects. After doing a bit of research, I found that 150- 200 mg of DIM were suggested for most people without any side effects. Once you get past 200, say 250- 300 mg. of DIM some people reported having rashes, headaches, nausea and even vomiting. So, don't just poo poo a product away and say it didn't work until you do your homework! Just like certain dosages of medicine don't work, so the doctor may have to adjust the dosage for what will work for you... Same principle!! I'm very happy with this product and ecstatic that I can get a better night's sleep to boot!

Love it, but....
Well, I am a little conflicted when it comes to this product. I would give it five stars, but it seems to be giving me horrible gas and bloating- to the point that it's terribly painful at times. But it has done wonders for my skin, my sex drive, regulating my monthly cycle and my hormonal balance as a whole.I used Estrogen Block (another popular DIM supplement- the regular kind, not the extra strength one,) for about a month and noticed a difference in all of the same key areas, however I had to take about three times the suggested amount and didn't notice as much of a difference as I have observed with this brand of DIM. And I only take one or two of these ones a day. My skin has completely cleared up after only two weeks of taking this brand and all the other positive effects have also remained and even improved a little bit.I've tried taking this with larger meals, smaller meals, lots of water, small amounts of water, with other supplements, by itself, - I've tried everything. The gas and bloating will not improve. Has anyone else experienced this??? What can I do about it? I'm assuming the extra cruciferous vegetables that have been added must have to do with it? I know they're known to cause gas...Anyway, I forgot to take some before photos but here is an after photo. I am only wearing a mildly tinted moisturizer and a little blush in this picture and no concealer at all. (Well, and eye makeup, but in terms of skin clarity, my point is to show that I don't need foundation and concealer anymore. I think it has even improved the bags under my eyes!). I did not do any editing on these photos either. Before I started taking DIM my skin was blotchy and uneven and I had a lot of hormonal acne around my chin and a few bad ones on my forehead as well. I am 29 years old and recently quit taking the birth control pill because I couldn't stand the bad side effects anymore. It took 7 months to have a period after going off of the pill and within a month of beginning the DIM (along with a cup or two a day of "women's moon cycle" tea,) my period came back. After two months of taking it, I've now had two fully regular cycles! My hair also used to fall out in the shower in fairly large amounts, as well as when I would add styling products to it or run my fingers through it and I no longer lose any hair at all hardly.I only wish the gas and bloating wasn't such an issue...

I can’t believe this worked
Back story:I’ve always struggled with acne. I tried everything in my teenage years and when all the options for creams and pills were exhausted, I was finally put on Accutane. I had clear, perfect skin for 5 years. Then, I started breaking out again. I wanted to do Accutane again but I was starting my family so it took a back seat.At 29, with my child bearing years behind me, I decided to go back to the dermatologist and demand another round of Accutane. She told me a lot of cystic acne is hormonal; a lack of estrogen. I basically ignored that because I’ve been a cystic acne sufferer since I was 13. There’s no way it could be a hormonal imbalance. She also wouldn’t give me accutane because it’s such an aggressive medication, insurance won’t approve it unless something else has been tried first. I was disappointed with the whole appointment so I never went back.Time passed and my acne continued to be a heartbreaker. That lack of estrogen comment kept coming to mind. I decided I’ll buy some estrogen and see what happens.Turns out, you can’t just buy estrogen… who knew. BUT you CAN buy estrogen supporting vitamins. To Amazon I went and found these. I’ve been taking them every single morning for almost a month and I am truly shocked at my skin. I haven’t had a deep, under the skin cystic pimple since I began. I still get little topical white heads, but they are one every couple days.I’ve been happily proven wrong that my hormone imbalance was a factor in my skin and I’m so glad I found these vitamins
