No padding whatsoever
These appear to be mainly for biking rather than as a glove for many different types of exercise. These have no padding in the palms, making weightlifting with them very uncomfortable. They are also very cheaply made.

Love these gloves so much I've ordered a second pair. Sometimes the weights are cold so there great for that I find I also got a better grip. I go to two gyms so I have a pair for each one xx
