The media could not be loaded. This came without the box that I saw other reviews that comes with, it arrived in just a plastic bag. The flat iron have little scratches inside and the silicon accessorie cames dirt.I asked for a refund and will order a new one, I hope a new one arrives in the box this time!I bought the Olivia Garden blow dryer and it is spectacular, I loved it and I want to be in love with the flat iron too.

Perfect size and good quality

LOVE. This is a great flat iron. I love the grip because I have carpal tunnel and doing my hair with repetitive motions (like straightening) can hurt quickly. It is a good size and weight for my issue. the heat is great, really appropriate. No issues so far after several weeks of use
