We researched the internet reading reviews, visited appliance stores, consulted with friends who had recently remodeled & found this model to out perform most other contenders. The variable air volume, low peak decibels, stronger - more durable - materials, effective usability / functional design, & overall appearance made this a perfect match to our criteria.Installation was easy & we love that it exhausts to the exterior of our home. Our roof vent has a baffle. So, per the manufacturer - we did not use the baffle suppled. The unit works great.The only down side was packaging. It arrived on time, but with the box ripped open & some components visible. After careful inspection, we determined there was no loss or damage.Overall it is an exceptional value! We highly recommend!

This is a beautiful range hood. It has plenty of suction at mid range and is very quiet. At high speed it is louder but still quieter than our previous over the range microwave vent and 10 times more effective.It was very easy to mount by myself.My only complaint is that it was missing the screws for mounting the duct flange to the hood. It also did not come with a user manual and I can't figure out how to configure the different modes i.e. run time, shut off time, light brightness or reset the elapsed run time etc.

The media could not be loaded.  Like the suction, vibrates slightly on high speed may be because ducting is not complete, always can add extra screw. Decent noise just the air blowing noise no motor noise.

Bad design! I pulled the cover off the control box and it is full of condensation. Obviously why it stopped working.

I absolutely love it. I spent months researching and finally got this one. Noise level is great, strong suction, beautiful, easy to clean, and nice lights!

Have had this partially installed for a couple weeks and it’s been. Great into personal challenges with installation due to the porcelain tile backsplash underneath it but that was something we worked through by using diamond tipped bits to drill. As far as the unit goes everything is great.

Nothing bad to say about this product. Had someone do the install for us and they were done within a couple hours. No problems. We do a lot of high heat cooking and the suction works good. I enjoy the LED lights.
