10/10 Sticker install: The most effective way to install the sticker evenly is by turning your fingerprint scanner on Always Show in the phone's settings, then put the case on. Use a dry erase marker to lightly mark the center of the fingerprint scanner on the front of the case. Remove the case, and apply the sticker to the inside of the screen protector. Legitimately an awesome and functional case. Easy to put together, the rubber siding feels durable and strong. It snaps together nicely, tight, and feels well made. The screen touch sensitivity works great. Some claim the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, but it does work fine. Mine came pre-installed with a fingerprint sticker on the case's screen protector, so perhaps some do not. It comes with 4 stickers, though. They are clear stickers. One must be installed to the inside on the case screen protector, to allow the fingerprint scanner to work. It comes with instructions about this. The lanyard is a nice touch, and I really enjoy how the slip fit it is at the bottom of the phone. This is a big phone, so it's nice to have that extra drop protection on your wrist. I could not imagine holding this phone without a lanyard now that I've been using this. The clear built in screen protector looks great. It does get smears and smudges pretty quick but it wipes clean easily. Much rather the plastic protector getting dirty vs the actual phone screen, I love that both sides of the phone are protected and you can see the color of the phone underneath. All in all, excellent case, will most definitely be buying another to keep on hand.

I have a Samsung 23 Ultra. This case is probably one of the worst cases I have ever purchased. I got it because it had all the features I was looking for, including being waterproof, and it was reasonably priced. The screen protector front of the case got easily scratched in normal, everyday situations. Before it was scratched to the point that I couldn't use it anymore, it was EXTREMELY hard to use the phone's touch screen functionality. After the scratches, it was practically impossible to do anything. I had to take the case off to use the phone properly. That defeats the whole purpose of having a case. I am talking about (and this probably isn't even everything I had trouble doing): - swiping down from the top edge to get to the notifications - swiping right to clear notifications - hitting the gear in top right to get to the Settings Menu - swiping left/right to open/close the quick start/frequent app menu. I couldn't even see it because the case overlapped the screen so much. - swiping up from bottom to get to all of my apps - using the 3 buttons at the bottom (active/recent apps, home & back) - swiping up to close apps - using the fingerprint functionality - navigating within multiple apps I bought this on June 7. On July 21, after my return window had closed, I had to buy a new case. I will never buy this case or anything from this manufacturer EVER AGAIN. If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would.

PROS: I have an S23, that I had just gotten after my S22 was replaced from a warranty claim. We went fishing a week later and as I was researching a fish we caught, I dropped my phone off the boat and into the river. Luckily, it landed about 4 feet underwater, and we were able to retrieve it. It had been under water for a solid 3 minutes while we attempted multiple rescues. A bit of water got into the charging port, but my phone was mostly dry. Saved me from having to submit another warranty claim on a new phone. The waterproof case has been well worth it! Good protection against dropping the phone as well. CONS: I usually use blue tooth headphones for calls because multiple people have told me it's muffled if I don't (the microphone is partially covered maybe?) And the screen is a bit thick around the edges for texting... otherwise, it's a very decent phone case.

I purchased this phone case about 2 weeks ago and it took me until today to get it fully functioning 😏 I will start by saying that I love the case. The case is advertised as waterproof and I would say that's completely true!! Since having this case on my phone I've been having issues with people hearing me and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why I couldn't post videos to Instagram that had sound 🤦🏾‍♀️ DON'T GIVE UP ON THIS CASE YET!! Here are a couple tips to help you keep a great case with a built in screen protector... First, if people are having trouble hearing you or things sound muffled... or like me you can't post videos with sound 🙄 if you look at the top and bottom of your case you will see these white dots. These help protector the phone from water but it also stops the sound so take your SIM card ejector (... Or the post of an earring 😉) and poke through those white holes to open up the sound!! You will have to remove the black foam over the bottom two white holes but you'll only need to poke through the white hole at the top. Second thing I learned that made the case even better was the fingerprint scanner does actually work. At first I couldn't get the scanner to work at all but you need to remove the sticker from the inside circle in order to get functionality. I would say I highly recommend this case after those steps... Remember the case is no longer totally waterproof of you poke through the white holes but if you're not worried about that this is a must have case for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra!!

So for the basics, it's sturdy, seems well made, is comfortable to hold, doesn't look terrible, yes callers echo if you don't pop open the bottom but thankfully I generally don't use the Speakerphone. Now the 2 BIGGEST drawbacks in my book! 1) DOES NOT SUPPORT WIRELESS CHARGING! I have 3 different models of wireless chargers, 2 that keep the phone held upright-ish and 1 that lays flat. With the case on NONE OF THEM recognize the phone is there. I will note these are all cheaper chargers, I didn't go out of my way to buy the official Samsung branded ones of anything but up till now all 3 worked perfectly for my needs so maybe a higher end with a stronger 'signal' might work but still VERY disappointed. 2) Fingerprint Recognition is spotty. Even after following the instructions and making sure several times there are no bubbles in the adhesive spot on the case that's supposed to adhere to the screen I've had to 'remap' my fingerprints several times after the initial remapping per the installation instructions. Again another issue I hadn't had to deal with before now. Neither of these are yet big enough issues to make me return it right away but there's a good chance I'll be changing my mind in the next few days as I have 3 wireless chargers for a reason!(Convenience in the 3 locations I spend the most time in, Bedroom, Office and Car!)

Had on phone for about 6 Mos. Still in great shape. I am an auto mechanic, and keep phone in pocket, so cases typically show wear very quickly. This one more or less looks as it did after a week of use. Have dropped a few times, and been covered in mud numerous times. Screen cover is still very clear, and flaps and cover still fit together nicely. Exceptional quality for a budget price. I charge tirelessly, and case does not interfere other than have to lay phone down horizontally to charge, as it will not charge on my base standing up. Highly recommend for anyone using their phone in dusty, dirty, rough environments.

I am bummed it took me so long that I am out of the return period to figure out that it's the case, but the case legitimately prevents me from making any phone calls or listening to things without earbuds. People on the other end of the phone hear a horrendous echo and I also get myself echoing back. I have called my cellphone customer service a couple of times to get help thinking something was wrong with my phone. Now that I am a couple of weeks out of the return period I realized it is the case blocking the microphone and the speaker and throwing the feedback back and forth within the case. When I use earbuds, it is 100% fine no problem - but it is a pain to have to have my earbuds and get them connected for every call when I should be able to just answer it without worrying about it. I also am not super happy about the fit. I have to press really hard to get the touch to work. The fingerprint reader is fine, but the screen is slightly lower than the case front and is super annoying. I also really hate the cover over the cameras. I got this phone partly because I need to take business-quality pictures, and this case makes every picture fuzzy - nothing like with the case off. It significantly diminishes the picture quality. I wish I had listened to reviews about this case that said it is not good for calls because they are very true. My family has a different brand of cases similar to this one and they have no problems with theirs, but mine is nothing but problems and I really wish I could just return it and get my money back. I 100% would if it were within the return period still. I do give it 2 stars versus 1 star because it definitely does protect my phone.

This is the best case that protect your phone perfectly. After 3 year due to extensive wear and tear base of my job line I was trying to y a new one. After multiple attempts I couldn't find it went to my purchase history to find out it's unavailable. And now my screen already broken 😢

Had the phone in the case since it arrived. I work in a heavy industrial, extremely dirty type environment and this case is the case. Resistant to Falls which ive had a few now (6 feet and under) spills, vibrations, scratches you name it this is the case. Its easy to remove and clean and its just a great case for the price. Now that being said dont be daft and put it under a car wheel after reading this, if you abuse your phone and the case eventually it breaks.

I like the rugged and tough feel 👍. The grip is good and it fits well in my palm 🖐. Unfortunately, the finger print sticker gives me a very "irritating" feeling 😔🫤. It was almost perfect but alas. Is there anyway I could get rid of it? Thanks...
