I have chosen this product after carefull and informed consideration.For those who don't know what liposomal vitamin C is, there are plenty of resources online, just google it.My whole family have been supplementing for the last two years and there is a significant difference in immune system resistance, esspecialy noticable during the winter months when the viruses seem to knock down everyone around. My 2.5 year old son has been ill 4 times in his life and for a couple of days at most at any of those times. Myself and my wife don't really get ill and the couple of times that we did it wasn't bad at all. .It's not a miracle supplement but it does help, despite what the other reviews say. As for the taste, if my son can stomach it I'm sure an adult can too. I definately recomend this product, esspecially to parents.

I give this such a poor rating because IT taste REALLY bad. I've had several bottles - keep trying different ways to disguise the flavour but I give in. It may work really well but this has beaten me sadly
