I bought this a while ago and it doesn't work with my asus maximus hero 690 3090 . I tried adjusting the pci express gen 4 setting in the bios .no difference wot so ever frames kept dropping in my games forza 5 doom eternal etc.

Overly expensive for what it is, should be fifteen pounds not sixty. Would return but the box was chucked away by mistake argh.

Looks amazing but unfortunately I can’t make it to be PCIe X16. Only X4 Gen 4.0. Indeed is a Gen 4.0 cable, but pointless. The ad states is PCIe X16 Gen 4.0 but got very disappointed when I booted it up and checked in GPU-Z. I have X570 Dark Hero VIII, Ryzen 7 5800 X3D and Asus Rog Strix 3090 OC. I’m afraid I have to return it after 3 hours of use.

Bought this back in August 2021 7 months later fried my 3080 GPU honestly its not worth the risk of buying this and destroying your GPU stay away!!!!

Giving 5 stars because it works perfectly. The only thing( which is of course my fault) if you are buying it to upgrade from the riser of phanteks for the vertical mount buy the 15 cm version as i got the 20 cm linkup thinking that the phanteks is 22cm( as they say in specs) in fact phanteks one is 17cm. Great product

ケース: Cooler Master NR200 マザボ: Gigabite B550 AUROS PRO AX グラボ: Galakuro RTX 3060 White縦置き 上記の組み合わせに関しては長さ5cmがジャストフィットでした。 いざ取り付ける時に長さが足りないのはショックなので、最初は大は小を兼ねるで10cmにしようかと迷いましたが思い切って正解。ケーブル長誤差が±10mmと記されているので少し不安はありました(笑)。 きちんとPCIEX4.0x16で認識され、減衰も感じられず、快調にゲームを楽しめております。 良い買い物でした！

Connected to a 6900xt, GPU-Z reports x16 4.0. Ran the 3D Mark PCI Express test prior & after installing the cable, prior it gave 12.19 GB/s and after 16,85GB/s. Overall quality & finish is very nice. Fit's onto a Phanteks vertical mount no issues although the size & weight of my card was bending the pcb, some foam that came with the vertical mount kit under the bridge solved that.

Kabel funktioniert wie angegeben mit PCI-E 4.0! Inzwischen seit über zwei Monaten... Der preis ist zwar recht ordentlich für ein riser kabel aber wer pcie4 haben möchte dem bleibt nichts anderes übrig als dieses Kabel zu kaufen Edit: nach 3 Monaten hat das kabel seinen dienst versagt und ich musste es leider zurück schicken
