I plugged it in, tried to run a test page and was not surprised to see a blank page. Next stop, Google what do I do? It seemed flushing out the print head nozzles might work, and it was worth a try. Next stop, Amazon to buy the product. I ordered new ink also in anticipation of success. Well, the nozzle cleaner arrived before the due date. With great excitement I followed the very clear instructions and gave the print head a good flush. Because after 17 years I guessed it would be more than just a mild blockage, I gave it another dose. The new inks arrived the next day so I plugged them in and ran a test page. Bingo, it worked better than ever. This product is amazing, easy to use and has brought my old CD printer back to life. I thoroughly recommend it.
