These are some large pills! But they do the job. I don’t get any fish taste or burp from the fish oil which is amazing. After a week or so of taking these packs every day I did feel more alert, focused, and my headaches were less. Trying to be more active and these are the cornerstones of my healthy supplements alongside a quality protein, creatine, and multivitamin.

I have bought these over the years for convenience, but the price has astronomically increased so I am now going ala carte buying separate Mg, fish oil, and Vitamin D.

I love that all of my essential daily vitamins are in one pack, can slip them in my pocket or bag to take whenever. I also appreciate the quality of the Omega 3s—fresh, not fishy, and protected by the dark capsule casing. Same with Vit D on the casing. The Magnesium doesn’t upset my stomach unlike a lot of others. Highly recommend!

I've been taking these supplements for a year and they work great! I've noticed a difference when I don't take them so I keep coming back to them! I have tried many brands and this is the keeper!

I must admit it's expensive and I hope someday it becomes a little more affordable without sacrificing quality but this stuff is exactly what I've been searching for in the market; very rarely do people get it right, but Puori does with the Puori3 multipack. It helps they're pre packed too because in the morning it's go go go for me so thanks Puori.

My PT diagnosed my with Rhabdomyolysis and suggested I purchase this product. I believe that taking these supplements, coupled with time off , really helped me get back to running sooner. It is a little tedious to take these but it helps that each serving is individually packaged. The pills are much larger than I am used to but they are not so bad to take. The price is a high in my opinion, but I am happy that they helped me get back to running!

My quality of life drastically improved after taking this (within moments of taking it). I suffered from low energy and fatigue my entire life.
