Base mechanism is sturdy, and a very attractive clutch, but was shedding jewels on the first use already.

Wanted a bag for a wedding and this was just perfect. It looked stunning and would compliment any evening outfit. I thought the quality of the bag was exceptional and I will be keeping it to use again and again on special occasions
