WARNING Buyer BEWARE... There are counterfeit copes about! LOOK OUT <<<
First of I need to EXPLAIN, how I ended up buying a counterfeit and also very annoyed with AMAZON after bei.ng informed.First check the price ranges that this DVD version has been available at, also check the DESCRIPTION, is it or is it not a UV copy version???OK, here is the story, the DVD version was originally listed by AMAZON which was clearly listed as (DVD + UV copy). And is still listed as currently unavailable, but that was after a bad customer review???Then an alternative listing (B008HE9OT4) appeared, but you will clearly NOTE that it is titled clearly as (DVD). Its original price was, One day £19.59, then another day it would be £19.19, then £18.79, then £19.09, then yet another day like a YO YO it bounced around and ended up amazingly at £17.59 for one day only, then straight back to its current price of HIGH PRICE of £20.97. ????Now we all understand price increases - BUT NOT ON A DAILY BASIS, and the frequency of change that can be tracked with this product over days not weeks or months!.After tiring of this bouncing price, and the NON-Availability of a (DVD + UV copy). I found that 3rd party sellers where bettering AMAZON prices, and due to the AMAZON's POOR description of the DVD, alongside the unavailable (DVD + UV Copy) It has NEVER been 100% clear that the DVD offered comes with a UV Copy or not, yet the descriptor talks about uv copy not being playable on iTunes... So is it or is it NOT uv???OK - One seller was offering the DVD @ £13.59 + £1.29 p+p, with only 5 copies available, thats when AMAZON had just put its price back up to £19.59 and the very day before Amazon repriced the DVD again at its current price of £20.97 (as of today 25/07/2013)So After tiring of AMAZONS daily Yo-Yo Pricing of FRINGE 5 I placed an order with the third party, the downside was that the delivery was quoted at 5 days - BUT IT ARRIVED NEXT DAY!!!!EXCELLENT!Then on opening the parcel, I noticed something wasn't 100% kosha with the disk cover, miss printing alerted me to the potential of a counterfeit!!!! After the previous FRINGE (DVD +UV copy ) as previously listed was removed by Amazon upon a customer complaint - I suspected the WORST.I PHONED Amazon immediately, discussed my concerns, upon clearing it with Amazon I opened the cellophane wrapper to see what the inside of the sealed DVD was like...It was confirmed - COUNTERFEIT + NO UV COPY certificate inside!!!!!!We then spent a 1/2 hour discussing the ISSUE, firstly about the COUNTERFEIT and secondly about my DISSATISFACTION with Amazons Pricing YoYo and the unclear descriptors with the UV copy version, ie the title is Fringe 5 (DVD), but the descriptor talks about incompatibility of uv with iTunes, but there is NO Clarity if this disc comes with UV or not?The response was AMAZING, not!!!!A Counterfeit team will contact me to resolve this issue - SO FAR NOTHING HAS HAPPENED hence this REVIEW, as I am unsure who I should be reviewing, the VIDEO the COUNTERFEITS, or AMAZONS lack of follow up!!!!The uv bit, well all AMAZONS Fringe 5 (DVD) come with UV copies??? But if you cross reference with the Fringe 5 (DVD +uv copy) it is currently unavailable!!! This wasn't seen as being a problem by the AM representative, as this was listed before the latest version of Fringe 5 (DVD) with or without uv copy??As for AMAZONS YoYo Pricing, I was told that amazon tries to be competitive, and prices reflect this?? on my questioning WHY daily price increases decrease etc etc, the answer was funny. We try to be competitive - so why does amazon put its prices up???FINALLYMy review on the COUNTERFEIT COPY I accidentally purchased. The copy is clearly the USA NTSC version, as the Transfer to PAL shows a clear 2nd generation copy with a clear loss in color and definition when played, also the disc has stuttered a couple of times. The clear evidence of the Counterfeit is the fact that the being of the DVD has the USA It is illegal to copy this disc announcement, with a $250,000 fine!!!You Have to Laugh!!!!!But, I am not laughing, as I haven't heard anything back from AMAZON on what there intentions are in regards to the fact that they are currently1 Listing this product - with unclear product information in regards to uv copy2 The ever changing pricing on a near daily basis3 Due to their escalating pricing - it makes you look at alternative sellers, and in doing so end up with counterfeit dvds.4 Amazons response upon raising these concerns, was GOOD, but follow up hasn't happened, and this is not the first time that this has happened!MY REVIEW of Fringe 5Excellent, as you would expect after watching 1,2,3 and 4... But at the moment we are waiting to watch the DVD waiting on AMAZON to get back to me!!! So trying NOT to watch anymore of the DVD as the POOR QUALITY is spoiling our enjoyment of watching an episode!..As said BUYER BEWAREThere are COUNTERFEIT COPIES ABOUT on AMAZON

Fringe ends on a high
2036. Earth is under the control of the Observers, time-travelling, genetically-engineered and cybernetically-enhanced humans from a distant future in which the planet has become uninhabitable. During their previous observations of the Fringe team and their investigations, they have confirmed that it is possible to rewrite the timeline and create a new reality, so now they plan to create a new world for their benefit...but not for that of the humans who are already there.Frozen in amber for twenty-one years, the Fringe team awaken with one goal: to stop the Observers from fulfilling their mission. But with a vastly superior foe tracking them remorselessly, the team need every ally and every resource they can call upon in order to succeed. For its final season, Fringe changes things up a lot. What had once been a procedural, investigative drama about the paranormal and pseudoscience has become a full-on nightmare dystopia, throwing in some elements of post-apocalyptic drama for good measure. These thirteen episodes form a tightly serialised drama (the writers deciding the sops to the casual viewer are no longer necessary) taking in questions about what it means to be human and how far you will be prepared to go to save your existence. There are a few problems with the situation. First off, a fair bit of important stuff happens off-screen: four years pass between the end of Season 4 and the moment the Observers actually invade, including some important character development and also further developments involving William Bell. Bell's character arc simply disappears and we don't find out the fate of his character or what happened since the last time we saw him to explain his changed relationship with Walter and the rest of the team. Some hasty exposition from other characters doesn't really help. It's a problem that can be ignored for the most part, but the lack of resolution for this key character at a moment when pretty much everyone else gets wrapped up nicely feels a bit of an oversight.More of an issue is that the compressed storytelling and the near-omnipotence of the Observers results in what feels like plot holes. The ability of the Observers to foretell the future and how far they can do their teleporting trick shifts episode from episode based on the requirements of the plot. It's not quite as bad as the tricks some shows go to in order to nerf overpowered villains (the Borg, anyone?) but it again feels a little too inconsistent even given Fringe's elastic standards of plausibility.Fortunately, most of that can be ignored. The final season of Fringe is a bold, experimental one that throws out the standard format, changes dynamics all over the place and tries to be the biggest, most epic season on a reduced budget. Thanks to some excellent CGI (the paved-over Central Park is an impressive achievement), some very strong writing and some brilliant performances from the regulars and newcomers alike, the season is pretty gripping. By now it's gotten redundant to say that John Noble is fantastic in every scene he does (although a scene at the end of the first episode involving early 1980s electronica is particularly outstanding), but it's good to see Joshua Jackson stepping up to the mark. Jackson has pinballed between Plot Device and Exposition Giver for most of the previous four seasons (although always played gamely), but in Season 5 he gets a bit more material to play with and handles it well. Blair Brown also gets a terrific story arc as Nina this season, possibly by way of apology from the writers for giving her some pretty bad material in the Season 4 finale to work with. Georgina Haig also does some great work, stepping into the established cast as Henrietta. The biggest success of the season, though, is giving a definite sense of closure to the series. Coming from some of the same creators as Lost and being heavily influenced by The X-Files, the fear was that Fringe would, like those shows, have a muddled and unsatisfactory resolution to a long-running and confusing story arc. It doesn't. Instead Fringe nails the landing more than satisfactorily, giving a good sense of closure as well as explaining most (but not all) of the show's long-running mysteries. The final season of Fringe (****½) concludes the series with style, giving a satisfying resolution to the show, its mysteries and, most importantly, to the characters. Fringe, tragically, is one of the more obscure SFF shows of recent years which is a shame, as it is also one of the best.

Non li ho ancora visionati ma, limitando la recensione al prodotto ricevuto, non ho riscontrato alcun difetto. Serie molto interessante, così come i suoi protagonisti.

Fringe - Die komplette fünfte Staffel [Alemania] [DVD] SI INCLUYE IDIOMA CASTELLANO (ojo sólo Temporada 5)
Saludos cordiales.
