The Perfect Alibi: A Novel: 2 (Robin Lockwood)

Yay!!
Finding an author whose works match my preferences and requirements is a bit like dating (once was that is … I’ve little idea what it’s like now as I’ve been married 40 years).Anyway, after reading two Phillip Margolin novels I believe I’ve found such an author. As relates to this novel some likes are:• Fast-paced• Multiple perhaps-interconnected stories (whether they are connected or not is part of the mystery)• Satisfying degrees of dissonance and resolution i.e., not too much of one to the exclusion of the other• Believable enough circumstances (as opposed to the present-dat runaway train of conspiracy theories)• Believable, enjoyable, unusual characters some essentially good with qualities to emulate, others more wisely shunned, and most representative of humanity’s entertaining diversity.

Great Book
Another great book. I wasn’t sure if this would be as good as the first one, but I really enjoyed reading it. I like this series so far and will definitely keep reading.

Lawyer to author
Like so many of this author's books they are a page turners. Living in Portland, Oregon I enjoy having the vision of some of the areas he writes about. My only issue is he only writes a book a year and I'm done in a week or two hanging in there for his next one. I know someone who was a client of this writer when he had a law practice. My friend told me that this lawyer was extremely hardworking, ethical and honest. It makes reading his books a little more enjoyable. If you have a chance to attend his book tour.... do so! He has some very interesting stories about going from lawyer to author of "Legal Thrillers". I found this author humble and well informed.
