Perfect for what I need. I’m using it for baking bread, so it gets used multiple times before being disposed of. I don’t understand the criticisms in some reviews for this product, I really rate it. Thanks to the person who gave the following tip in a similar review: screw the paper into a tight ball before opening it out and lining the baking tray. This works well for forming a lining for awkward shapes. Happy baking!

I use the Katbite Parchment Paper for all my baking and freezing needs, and I’m very satisfied with its quality. The size is perfect, and I've been using it for almost a year. Additionally, the cutting tool included in the packaging is very practical.

So it's only been a few days but this paper has replaced my use of aluminium foil and cling film.It is so much better for storing cheese and it only take a few more seconds to get it to stay on a dish when baking.The box is really good as well. It's strong and the cutting strip is big and sharp.

This is a good product, but I'm struggling to use it for macarons as it's hard to see the template mat under it due to it being brown. It's fine to use for anything else though.

Love the box it comes in and the 'cutter' that fits on the box and you can use it. It's very easy to do so and makes using paper much better. I use a lot of baking paper and anything that's as useful as this is a blessing! The paper is lovely and thick and doesn't stick to food stuffs. I will certainly buy this again as it's excellent value for money.

It’s baker paper but not as you know it way to cut from roll no irritating tears. Easy to fold and shape and does not burn on a high heat

Great product and great price

This parchment paper is perfect for the kitchen, either for baking, or, as I do, for dehydrating. There is no flavour bleeding, and removing it when you've finished is simple and neat.my only concern is that, if you use the dispensing hole in the lid, the hole is a little too small so there is a high risk of taring the edges (not helpful if you need to use the full width of the paper). The included slide cutter is sharp and easy to fit and use.All in all, I can't recommend this more highly.
