Pizzeria quality flour!
Looking for a versatile and all around excellent flour? You've found it!I've used this flour for pretty much anything: I made cakes, pizzas, focaccias, bread and a lot more, and the results were great. It's a very strong flour, if you consider that I use sourdough to bake, and therefore the rising time it's very long (16+ hours in total). It also comes very well packaged, which is a plus, and it arrived well before expected.Little tip: if you are planning to use this flour over a number of month, you are better off dividing it in multiple sealed bags, so to keep it fresh and not to allowed any little animal friends to make their home in it!Have a look at some of the results I've achieved in the attached photos, and if this review was at all helpful you know what to do, as it's nice to feel appreciated :)

Makes great pizza – and can use for other purposes
This is more expensive than regular bread flour but it does make great pizza bases! It can be used for other purposes too – I bought it near the start of the lockdown when I couldn't get flour anywhere, and I bake bread daily so I was prepared to pay the cost of this rather than do without my daily sourdough. This was literally the only bag of flour on Amazon at the time. And it's great flour. I wouldn't buy it regularly for general use owing to the cost, but I will continue to buy it in smaller bags for pizza, as it really makes a huge difference to the softness of the pizza base.

Pizza perfection
This is the second time I have purchased this flour. A 25kg bag made us pizza for 3 people, once a week for 8 months.I do a 4 day rise in the fridge. Part cook pizza in 180c oven, add toppings and final cook. This flour has taken the pizza bases to a new level and is well worth the money. They are crispy on the base, fluffy in the crust. Perfect!

Game changing for my pizza bases
I was somewhat sceptical about tipo 00 flour, but the difference in results are amazing. My pizzas are now thinner, crispier and with a much better flavour. They also brown much more consistently. I would definitely recommend trying it out. It's also possible to freeze the flour, so i may try that for any i have left over after the summer.

If you making pizzas, then get this in cupboard.
If you like pizzas and have been using bread flour. Then think again, there is a reason pizza flour exists. Don’t hesitate in swapping over to this.I got a new pizza over and made the switch with thr flour at the same time. It makes great dough. I have to over pay for it as it was almost impossible to get. I have to get 25kg, got enough flour to last the rest of the year.

Premium flour and worth the money
I bought the 25kg bag of flour at the start of the lock down as my husband has been baking bread every 2-3 days and we also make home made pizzas. The blue Caputo 00 flour is great quality and really does make a difference.I would definitely buy this again.

Excellent product
Bought this to get through lockdown due to no availability of flour in the shops. Am absolutely thrilled with it, I can use it for everything, bread, cakes and biscuits, not tried it for pastry yet. Love it, I don’t need any other flour anymore just use this. Will buy again if I ever get to the bottom of the bag👍😂🤗

Makes the best pizza ever
Just as well my friends all love my pizzas and breads. It's an awfully big bag, makes an awful lot of pizzas. This flour makes a perfect thin, light pizza in 3 minutes, albeit in a wood fired oven that heats up to 400 degrees!!I've used strong flour in the past that makes a more 'biscuit' base whereas this base 'tears'. Just like being in Italy.. when the moon hits you eye and you eat pizza pie That's Amore (little bit of artitic licence there)
