works, but, it should have had a note stating that it Will arc when you hook it up. I thought I'd messed it up, but it was only the capacitors charging up. Needs a note attached

Works fine but it's always on, no way to tie it to the key. If you don't care about that it was very easy to install.

Works great just what I needed for my 12 volt lights and phone charger.

Poor Quality Control
For starters, it was shipped to me in a box marked “Bad Return.” I have a photo of it in the box before opening. I thought surely no business can be that incompetent so I installed it. Went to test it and it is in fact defective. I have 48 volts on the input wire to it and no voltage on the output. I verified continuity of all grounds and discovered that the reducer is internally shorted to ground on the output side.
