works, but, it should have had a note stating that it Will arc when you hook it up. I thought I'd messed it up, but it was only the capacitors charging up. Needs a note attached

JUNK!
Junk.. Didn't make it 1 year. Allowed the full 48v to all 12v electronics and fried everything. Pay for what you get. Stay away from this China junk. It's cost me a lot more than had I paid for a good one.
