Great, however the mixed berry taste is not my favourite

Bought it to see if it work but I must say it relaxes my stomach.I have been going to a gym and sometimes I put to much stress in my stomach so it works for me.Once finish this packet will have a break then see how it goes.

Glutamine was recommended by a health practitioner, to help repair cells in the digestive tract. I suffer from gastric reflux and have been very uncomfortable but this powder added to some coconut milk has really eased the discomfort. The reason for only four stars is because it’s a bit on the sweet side, but it does taste better than anything else I’ve tried! It comes in a sealed white polly bag with a small measuring spoon. The powder is easier to handle if it’s decanted into a ridged container with a lid as it’s very fine powder. I thoroughly recommend this brand it’s the second purchase of the same product.

I tried unflavoured versions and could not drink them.So this is a life saver cos I can actually drink it and like it

J’ai commencé la glutamine après mes entraînements pour améliorer ma récupération, et je vois vraiment la différence. Je sens beaucoup moins de courbatures le lendemain, et j’ai l’impression de récupérer plus vite entre deux séances intenses. La poudre se mélange bien, goût excellent , ce qui est super pratique. Après quelques semaines d’utilisation, mon confort digestif s’est aussi amélioré. Franchement, très bon complément, je continuerai sans hésiter

Mein erstes Mal dass ich Glutamin ausprobiere für den Darm. Habe das Gefühl dass es wirkt, ob es aber die gleichzeitig etwas gesündere Ernährung ist oder rein Placebo kann ich nicht sagen.Habe mich für das Bulk Produkt wegen des Geschmacks entschieden. Versuche eigentlich eben für den Darm Süßungsmittel zu vermeiden aber dachte ich probiere es, damit ich das Supplement eher einnehme als etwas was nicht oder nach nichts schmeckt. Tue mich vor allem mit Sucralose schwer welche für mich meist zu süß ist und einen komischen Beigeschmack wie viele Süßungsmittel für mich hat.Das war zumindest hier unbegründet. Der Geschmack ist wirklich lecker, man trinkt das Glas gerne auch auf einmal aus und ich weiß nicht ob es für Glutamin typisch ist, es löst sich perfekt auf.
