Works
I was looking for white color and for a pretty sturdy knock box and this works great. Happy with the purchase. Sorry for the dirty knock box in photo. Use it every day.

Great size
Love the larger size, stainless steel, and the knock bar has a nice cushion. Wish the bolts on the end of the knock bar were not plastic, but still like the whole package.

The bolt does not screw in tight and tamper falls off - does not work!
The materials seem like good quality but the bolt that holds the part you tamp on does not screw in far enough and it keeps falling off. Hoping they will replace a defective product but could not reach anyone since it has been over 30 days.

Nothing wrong with this but not sure about the crossbar to knock the portafilter. I had been using a flat cardboard box and I found my pucks came out much cleaner just hitting it against a flat surface. I'm not convinced this very common design is the smartest way.
