Awful design
I had stopped using this and now I remember why. The lid is so ridiculously big that you can only fill the mug up no more than half way. Any more than this and it will leak. As soon as you take a sip and close it, take another sip because the coffee will get stuck in the lid and will leak. It's an awful design, and I won't be using it again.

Brilliant keep the drink piping hot for ages have not timed it however it’s still hard to drink because it has not cooled on my way to work. Took soup to work and is was still really hot at lunch time. Well chuffed.

it's great but you must ensure when you clean it that ...
I can confirm that this mug does NOT leak, it's great but you must ensure when you clean it that the rubbers (2 of them) are well placed inside of the mug. Although it might be a little bit bigger from a traditional mug, the content size is of a small cup. It does keep your drink hot.

Good travel mug and I’ve tried a few!
Fab product keeps drinks very hot. Excellent design as you can drink from any and from the lid.Only issue mine rattled a bit when almost empty.

Decent cup
Good cup . Cup slightly bigger at base so didn't fit holder in van .Tricky to clean around rubber seal on top .Keeps drinks very warm .

Great travel cup.
Second one I have bought. Keeps coffee hot for 4-5 hours. Use both regularly and haven't found cups that work as well.

Great product
Arrived super speedy and was put to use straight away and was pleasantly surprised that it really doesn’t leak!! Keeps coffee hot for ages. Will be buying some for my kids also. Fab product xx
