Equilife Dr. Cabral Detox 7 Day Cleanse, Supports Liver Detox, Vanilla

I have followed this cleanse very well and I feel great and have lost so much inflammation!

I should have known when they don't stand by the product enough to support a return policy that this wouldn't be a wise purchase. A friend suggested it and I purchased without investigating (another bad idea). The ingredients list sugar and the ever mysterious "natural flavors". Who ever heard of a clean detox containing sugar? I eat a very clean diet (no gluten or dairy and lots of fruits, vegetables, fish. I followed directions for two days and then stopped. The drinks taste terrible but that wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. What makes me take the time to write the review is that I felt very sick for four days. I had the worst migraine I have ever had (for four days) and could not get off the couch or out of the dark as a result. Yes, I know there are side effects with a detox but this went beyond that. If you want to embark on a detox regimen, I suggest you find a local health food store or reputable functional medicine doctor to help you find products that you can return. This company seems to be all about profit, in my opinion, as they keep sending emails trying to sell me more products. NOT A FAN.

I highly recommend this cleanse by Dr. Cabral. I followed directions to the T and within a week had shed a significant amount of water weight and felt great! It was a great kickstart to getting back on track with my wellness.

I won’t place the positive aspects of this detox as those prior have noted it already. This detox works really well. However my protein powder did not last until the end of my detox. Just did my last shake of the day and there is nothing left for my last two days. Very disappointed that I won’t be able to complete the detox. I may just do a 24 hour fast to compensate but would have like to finish the full detox. NOT HAPPY.

This detox will clear up your skin. I had a horrible rash on my hands for a couple months. Nothing was helping it and I noticed just after a couple days into the detox it started to fade. I will do this quarterly. I like to have both flavors to alternate between the two. I feel great after doing this!

Had great results from the detox, and using the Daily Nutritional Support for maintenance. I’ve been able to keep the weight off well and feel so much better because of it.

I have done several dozen cleanses in my life. I am 58 years old and have an M.D. degree. Past favorites have included the Chopra 7 day cleanse and a fantastic formula from Blessed Herbs but unfortunately these products are no longer available. This did NOT act like a detox cleanse with healthy occasional trips to the bathroom. Instead it constipated me completely for 3 days. I got restless legs on day 2, headaches, and extreme muscle fatigue despite drinking copious amounts of water. Needless to say I quit the cleanse on day 3 and was a bit disappointed with the experience for the cost. Please be warned this is a very harsh cleanse for certain individuals.

I like the product and think it is a good, nutritious and healthy game plan for a detox. I've done lots of detoxes and am certified in Ayurveda. I just feel the cost was a bit high. This is only my opinion. I felt good through the detox. I felt clean with good clear energy. Once important factor for me is, there is no caffeine or energy stimulating products. I am very sensitive. Give it a whirl!
