The product arrived without the screws, so I contact the seller. They responded by phone within an hour and resolved the issue immediately. if only all companies were this good at customer service. PS: the product was also well worth the money.

Easy to fit, good quality, fit for purpose.

The chrome finish was very good for this product. My observation was the fact it was no good for the larger standard toilet rolls you buy today. The turned up part of the bottom rail end was just not high enough to stop the toilet roll from slipping off when you went to use it. It is like the manufacturing process got the height and angle of turn up wrong with this holder. There should be a round ball at the top of the rail or it should 5mm longer and a sharper upturned angle to prevent the toilet roll from falling off. The angle in the Amazon sales photo looks actually higher than the one I received. Buy cheap buy twice. I sent mine back having to pay return postage of £2.77 as well. I went out and bought a quality toilet roll holder from NEXT so I could actually see what I was buying in the shop and it was going to be fit for it's intended purpose.

This toilet roll holder is exactly the same as the Paris range of bathroom fittings, previously sold by Wilko, but no longer available from that outlet. It matches our Paris towel rail perfectly, as it should.Sometimes it makes me wonder, when I read reviews left on Amazon, mostly the negative ones, as many of them are not the fault of the product, it is the fault of the person fitting the item.Please ignore the, it falls off the wall, as it can't do this if fitted properly, which is simplicity in its self, the toilet roll falls off the holder reviews, it can't do this if fitted properly, which again is simple as you have the option to have the opening of the toilet roll bar facing either way, obviously you fit the bar so that the opening is facing away from the toilet bowl, when the toilet paper is pulled it is impossible to fall off.The bar is fully adjustable to the angle that you want, to accommodate the largest diameter toilet rolls and is secured solidly by a grub screw beneath the bar into a crevice within the bar, if secured properly, it will never move once fixed.This item is solid, constructed and designed well and is an absolute bargain for the price and very complimentary to our utility toilet and I would recommend.
