Rim Touch Up Paint, Wheel Scratch Repair Touch Up Paint Pen, Light Silver Car Rim Paint for Wheel Repair, Universal Color Satin Silver for Rims

I was skeptical about this not matching and I was pleasently surprised. It matches pretty well. The Mini dealer didn't have any touch up paint and it was really hard to find anything that half way matched. I scuffed the edge of the rim and one spoke. I'm going to lightly sand it and use a different brush to apply the second coat. I tried a few and this one was the closest match. Is it perfect., no but close enough for now.

Worked great

It's a small applicator, similar to other card paint touch up pens/brushes. I used this to repair a curb rash on a silver wheel cover (hubcap), an aluminum wheel. I think it worked out well, but if you look closely you can still see the outline of scratches (it seems you really need to sand down to the base plastic) and there is a slight difference in color. Still, it looks much better than the original damage.

No funciona

Pleasantly surprised with the color matching. I scraped my stock alloy rim on a curb leaving the outer edge marred. To prepare, I sanded the deep gouges a bit to even out the surface and cleaned the area thoroughly. The paint goes on thin with a cap applicator brush and dries very quickly.

This paint matched my 2018 Malibu silver wheel almost perfectly. Went on easy and did a good job covering the scratch. For the price I paid, I am pleased

The color of the paint matched my OEM silver steel Subaru wheels close enough. It’s touch-up paint so I don’t expect it to be perfect but it passes the 3-foot rule. My complaint against this product is that there is very little paint in the bottle. I did minor touch up to four wheels and I barely had enough.

Prior to using this product my hubcaps had black roadrash. This touch-up paint matched perfectly.

Enough only for tiny dings/curb rashes. Don’t expect it to be 100% color matched or to have a flawless fix without putting some real work into it.
